Due to a hectic schedule my last weeks in Tokyo I haven't been, and won't be, able to upgrade the blog for a while. After settling down in Sweden, expect reports on Capsule's release party, Music Inn, the world's fastest rollercoaster, some cafés and some more wicked j-english. It will probably be up at some point in the later half of August.
In the meantime, if you want to feel some Tokyo but happen to be closer to Stockholm or Gothenburg, me and my fellow j-popsters Panache and Neo-Toyota will be throwing our japanese club event oo-e in co-operation with Tokyo Style in Stockholm on August 5 at Södra Teatern, and in co-operation with Tokyo Style in Gothenburg on August 12 at Röda Sten. Yoroshiku!!!

Thank fukin god I found you. I've been searchin for people living in Hoshien in Waseda University. I'm assuming you live there cuz of your entry about that sign with bad english. So dude, tell me a little about how living in there is. Is it easy to sneak people in at night? (girls I mean)
I'm comin over to Waseda in mid september as an undergrad 1 year exchange student.
Posted by: Brian H at August 3, 2004 02:28 PMhi brian, hi everybody!
i am comming to waseda in september, too! and i'm going to stay at hoshien. so i am also interestet in everything... please tell me if you found out something interesting
hoshien is ok, but be a litle careful with the night guards after 11pm. you won't get busted very often though. all in all, sharing a flat with a friend might be preferable, as the rent corresponds quite well to sharing a 2-room appartment.
Posted by: jens at August 9, 2004 08:06 PMI have 1 critcal question. Is there internet connection in the Hoshien dorm rooms?
and I have a single dorm, so can i share that with a girl for example?lol
I need to gather as much information as I can before I leave New York. MouTareTare@hotmail.com is my MSN.
Posted by: Brian H at August 12, 2004 02:14 PMyeah, an internet connection would be great to have! that would interest me, too :-)
