Last Thursday my report on the Japanese copyright laws was broadcasted by Musikjournalen. As SR's streaming service seems to have had some malfuctions during the holidays it's instead listenable through this link for about a week. The feature includes interviews with Gakuji Matsuda (Cubismo Grafico, Neil&Iraiza, etc etc), the professional songwriter Yousuke Kobayashi and Satoshi Watanabe, Manager of the Broadcast and Online licensing Department at JASRAC, (the JApanese Society for Rights of Authours, Composers and publishers). You'll also hear music by Cubismo Grafico, Leyona, Tommy February6 and SMAP.
As usual the radio is mainly in Swedish (though you'll hear parts of the interviews in Japanese and English), and yeah I know, I haven't written too many posts in English here this autumn. So from now on, or actually from a couple of weeks ago, my Tokyo-related bloggings are to be found, read and commented over at Tokyo Style In Gothenburg. Head over there and let us know what you want to know about the city we love.
